All quotes provided by Clean Slate Junk Removal LLC represent a guaranteed maximum price. You will never pay more than the quoted amount. If the job turns out to be less work than expected, the final price may be lower.

Quotes are based on the information you provide (including photos, descriptions, and on-site assessments). If the scope of work changes significantly from what was described, we will discuss any adjustments with you before proceeding.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We strive to accommodate your preferred schedule, including same-day and next-day availability when possible.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We understand plans change and will work with you to find a new time.

We accept most household and commercial junk items. However, for safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept certain hazardous materials, including but not limited to: chemicals, biohazardous waste, asbestos, or explosive materials.

If you are unsure whether we can take a specific item, please contact us before booking and we will be happy to let you know.

Clean Slate Junk Removal LLC takes every reasonable precaution to protect your property during service. However, our total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. We are not responsible for items once they have been removed from your property and loaded onto our vehicle.
