Common Pricing Questions

How do you determine the price?

It's based on how much space your items take up in the truck and trailer — not weight, not item count. Send a photo and I'll give you an exact number.

Can the price go up after you see it in person?

No. The quote I give you is a guaranteed maximum. If it turns out to be less than expected, you pay less. It never goes up.

Do you charge extra for stairs, basements, or heavy items?

Front stairs don't add cost. For multi-flight walkups or items in tight basements, there may be a small labor add — but I'll tell you upfront before any work starts.

Do I need to be home?

Not necessarily. If the items are accessible (garage, driveway, side of house), we can handle it while you're at work. We'll coordinate by text.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, card, Venmo, Zelle, or pay online through our invoice system. Whatever's easiest for you.
